Derecho de desistimiento IBIAPRO

Expertos en derecho de desistimiento

Las compras de productos están sujetas a los TCG del experto y no tienen nada que ver con IBIAPRO. Por lo tanto, se aplican los TCG actuales y los derechos de cancelación del experto.
Como estándar, solo podemos darle los siguientes consejos.
Básicamente, existe una política de devolución de catorce días, excepto para productos de seguimiento, descargas en línea en cualquier forma, productos basados en blockchain, tarifas anuales para plataformas en línea, tarifas de participación en grupos y blogs, donaciones y cualquier producto que use nuestro software de plataforma Expert. Dado que ya puede utilizar estos productos o servicios con el pago o no tienen derecho de desistimiento por ley.
Si tiene derecho de desistimiento, póngase en contacto con el experto y no con IBIAPRO, ya que no transmitimos quejas.
Para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento, debe informar al Experto por correo electrónico mediante una declaración clara de su decisión de desistir de este contrato. El período de revocación es de catorce días a partir del día de la celebración del contrato.
Después de la terminación del Acuerdo de usuario, los datos proporcionados por los respectivos Datos del proveedor o generados por su uso de la Plataforma IBIAPRO se eliminarán de su cuenta IBIAPRO. No obstante lo anterior, IBIAPRO conservará dicha información después de la finalización del contrato en la medida en que IBIAPRO esté obligado a hacerlo por ley o tenga un interés legítimo en hacerlo. Los datos agregados generados a través del uso (por ejemplo, estadísticas sobre ventas en una categoría) generalmente continuarán conservándose después de la finalización del contrato.
IBIAPRO informa sobre el tratamiento de datos personales por parte de IBIAPRO, incluida la cesión a terceros y los derechos del Experto como interesado, en la Política de Privacidad de IBIAPRO.
Al elegir una medida, IBIAPRO tiene en cuenta los intereses legítimos del Experto en cuestión, en particular si existen indicios de que el Experto no tiene la culpa de la violación. Tales medidas no se imponen debido a acusaciones privadas, sino que se basan en los fundamentos legales de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos y en una decisión judicial.
Después de que un experto ha sido bloqueado permanentemente, no hay ningún reclamo de restauración de la cuenta IBIAPRO bloqueada o el perfil de evaluación o la base de clientes.
El experto indemnizará a IBIAPRO contra todas las reclamaciones presentadas por otros expertos, clientes, miembros de alquiler u otros terceros contra IBIAPRO debido a la infracción de sus derechos por ofertas y otros contenidos publicados por el experto a través de la plataforma IBIAPRO o debido a su otro uso de los servicios de IBIAPRO. En este caso, el Experto asumirá los costes de la defensa jurídica necesaria de IBIAPRO, incluidos todos los honorarios judiciales y de abogados en el importe legal. Esto no se aplicará si el perito no es responsable de la infracción.
